Apple Muffins

Semalam hubby posa.. tapi mama lak yg over teringin makan macam2.. hish teruk tul la.. dh ckp awal2 mama nk makan sate.. hubby ok jer tp katanya nk masak nasik goreng utk 3A's. ok lah cenggitu. hubby kata dia gi tapau jer la sate.. Plan mmg elok dah.. sebab mama nk g swimming.. dh tentu smpi umah kul 7. tup2 pas swim dpt sms hubby katanya br abih meeting. rushing amik Aliyah n Aina kt sekolah.. hmm sian lak.. dh la nk bukak posa... hubby kata pas maghrib baru kuar gi makan.. tkyah goreng nasi.. ok lah..

tapi sian kat hubby nk buka posa.. mama wat la muffin sikit.. nanti 3A's pun confirm kelaparan balik dr school. resepi asal dia ada raisin... dari Sun Maid.. tapi sbb dh kelam kabut mama alter la ikut apa bhn yg smpat dicapai...



Apple Muffins

Bahan2:

1 1/2 cwn tepung naik sendiri
1/2 cwn gula
1 sudu teh cinnamon
1/4 sudu teh garam
1/2 cawan minyak
1/2 cawan susu segar
1 biji telur
1 cawan Apple (dikupas & cincang)

Cara Membuat:

1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 190 celcius
2. Campurkan tepung, gula, cinnamon dan garam.
3. Gaulkan apple ke dalam bahan kering.
4. Dalam bekas yang lain campurkan telur, susu, minyak. Masukkan ke dalam bahan kering tadi dan kacau sebati.
5. Bakar selama 15-20 minit.



mama suka muffin nie.. tapi next time kena tmbh gula lagi sikit bagi manis, or guna brown sugar utk warna yg lebih menarik.. nak kena cuba gak buh kismis ikut recipe asal... dah satu lagik kalo buh crumble as topping mesti lagi yummy!

nasib la bakar gak muffin nie.. aisya mmg dh sibuk cr makanan.. siap jer terus sambar 1 biji..



bila dh makan dia rasa ada buah dlm tu..lagi la ralit duk korek buah2.. ingat dia nak mkn buah jer.. takut dia tk suka rasa cinnamon tu kan.. nasib la dia makan elok.. 3 biji untuk dia ajer.. Pagi nie 3A's bwk bekal sorang 2 bj..
